Questions people ask before they call
Do I need to switch CRMs?
No. We build it in Mercury CRM, which is included with every plan and runs calls, texts, email, pipelines and calendars in one place. If you'd rather keep the CRM you already use, we connect to it instead.
Is the outbound calling compliant?
The AI callback only goes to people who just asked to be contacted through your form, and we write consent language for your forms as part of the build. Contacts who opt out go onto your built-in DNC list. For any other list you call, the dialer checks consent and enforces calling hours before it dials; scrubbing the list against the National DNC Registry is your responsibility.
What's included in the build?
The workflows, the messaging, the pipeline, the AI callback assistant, the calendar and CRM connections, and testing with your team. You get a working system, not a template.
How long does setup take?
